Billing & Refund Policy

Plans and prices
Base is free. Gold and Platinum are monthly subscriptions priced in the currency of your workspace's billing country. The exact charge is shown, from NOD's servers, beside the final payment confirmation. Prices [include / exclude] applicable taxes. A later price change applies only to new subscriptions; an existing subscription keeps the price you agreed to.
Free trial
The free trial needs no card. When it ends, your workspace returns to Base automatically and you are not charged.
Automatic renewal
Your first charge is taken when you authorise the payment with Razorpay. The subscription then renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month as the first charge, until you cancel. Before you pay, you must tick a separate agreement to these recurring charges; NOD records the version of these terms and the quote you accepted.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in NOD under Plan & billing. No further charges are taken. Paid features stay until the end of the month you have already paid for, then your workspace returns to Base. NOD confirms the date your paid access ends when you cancel.
Refunds
Cancelling does not issue an automatic partial refund for the current month. If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without authorisation, contact [billing contact email] and we will refund the incorrect charge. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy you are entitled to by law.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Razorpay may retry it. Paid features end when the paid period ends without a successful renewal; your data stays in your workspace on Base.
Receipts
Razorpay emails a receipt for every successful charge. Payment details are entered with Razorpay; NOD never receives your card or bank details.
